No reminder, no payment, no filing missed.
The aim is not to replace an accountant: it is to stop needing one for this, or to make their work far simpler. Banks and the tax office connected, personal kept apart from business, and the invoice drafted from what the emails already agreed — waiting for your approval. On this hub, all of that is deferred.
The draft stays in the browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
What this product does
Nothing slips through
Reminders, payments due, filing dates, and the subscriptions quietly renewing: the point of the product is that none of them depend on you remembering. Eight banks, the personal account, the business one and the shared one all read in the same place.
The invoice writes itself, you approve it
Ask for the invoice for today's job: the price comes from what was discussed in the emails, or from your usual rate for a repeat client, the dates come from the calendar, and the message to the client is written. It stops as a draft. Nothing goes out until you say so.
Filed properly, not by hand
The target is a connection to the tax office through approved accounting software, so returns leave legally and on time — and so the agents can drive that tool instead of handing you a folder of documents to retype.
In detail
Quote or invoice, same editor
A toggle changes the document title and the wording of the preview. Everything else stays the same: parties, lines, totals, legal notices. Because those two documents are the same.
The totals are itemised
VAT is broken down by rate rather than folded into one figure, and the deposit shows as a deduction from the amount due.
The fields a French invoice needs
SIRET, EU VAT number, IBAN, payment terms, legal notices: the fields are there and they're free text. Checking what your situation requires is on you.
A draft, in your browser
What you're typing is kept locally and reloaded on your next visit, on this browser only. One draft: the next one replaces the last.
Who it is for
- Putting a number on a job
- A few lines, a VAT rate per line, a discount if you need one. The quote is readable and ready to print in one pass.
- Invoicing after a deposit
- The deposit already paid comes off the amount due, and the document shows the deduction instead of hiding it.
- Mixing several VAT rates
- Lines at two different rates in the same document give you a breakdown by rate, calculated separately.
- Sending a PDF yourself
- The browser print gives you the page on its own. Getting the file to the client is up to you.
Open the editor
The form opens on a blank quote. Nothing to create, nothing to connect. The rest — the version where three months go by without anyone writing an invoice by hand — is not something this hub can hand you yet.
