AppsMorax Business

The commercial cycle, end to end

Beta

Waiting for work is not a strategy.

Every freelance tool tracks the enquiries that arrive. This one is built for the other half: watch the tenders, find the briefs that fit your profile, write the approach, then carry what lands from a scored opportunity to a signed project. An agent drafts, a human sends. The client space is online, by invitation; the operator side runs on Morax's own server.

Own repository since August 2026. Client space online, sign-in by an invitation code. Operator cockpit on the Morax server, private network only.

What this product does

  • A score you can argue with

Collectors are meant to feed a deduplicated opportunity inbox, where each entry gets a deterministic score out of 100 built from five weighted factors: business value, conversion probability, recurrence potential, strategic fit, effort. Not an opaque LLM verdict — the same input gives the same score, and every score explains its factors.

  • Nine stages, two values

One click turns an opportunity into a company, a contact and a deal. From there the deal moves through nine stages, each carrying a fixed probability, so the board always shows the raw value and the weighted value side by side — and keeps the full history of every transition.

  • The agent drafts, you send

No external action — email, outreach message, invoice — leaves the agent. Everything lands in a pending queue in draft-only mode with a hash of the payload, a risk level, a do-not-contact check and an expiry. The provider is mocked in test, so a test run makes zero external calls.

In detail

  • Tax settings, not a hardcoded rate

Subtotal, discount, VAT, deposit — with the regime configured per workspace: not registered, zero-rated, standard, reduced, plus your own legal mentions. Each quote freezes an immutable tax snapshot, so the quote you wrote six months ago stays correct when the rate changes. Acceptance locks it against writes.

  • Going out after the work

Tender watch with requirements tracked line by line, freelance briefs matched against your profile, and an approach message drafted for each one — sitting in the same approval queue as everything else the agent writes.

  • A won deal becomes a project once

The handoff is idempotent: a uniqueness constraint on the source deal means replaying it returns the existing project instead of a duplicate. The deposit invoice goes straight into the approval queue.

  • Multi-workspace, IDOR under test

Every functional record carries its workspace, and the cross-tenant access tests are part of the suite — not a promise made in a README.

  • Legacy leads, imported without risk

An idempotent backfill script with a dry-run mode, so an existing lead history can be brought in, checked, and brought in again without producing doubles.

Who it is for

A morning of triage
The new opportunities arrive scored and explained, so the first decision of the day is which three to qualify, not which forty to read.
A forecast you have to defend
Weighted pipeline against raw pipeline, per stage, computed from fixed probabilities rather than an optimistic guess typed into a spreadsheet.
A quote under a specific regime
The right VAT treatment and the right legal mentions come from the workspace settings, and stay frozen on that quote whatever changes later.
A client wary of AI
Nothing the agent writes reaches anybody without an explicit approval, and the payload hash proves the approved text is the text that went out.

One cockpit instead of four tools

CRM, quoting tool, tender tracker and project handoff, in a single screen with the AI held behind a human. The button opens the client space: an invited client signs in with a one-time code, nobody else gets in.
